We are celebrating Ry's Dad's 50th and of course, there is St. Patty's day today-one of our favorite holidays of the year! Ironically, Ry isn't Irish at all, but as a beer brewer he has made a mean IPA for festivities and named it after the Irish gang in New York.
The traditional Irish fare is actually one of my favorite meals-I could eat corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes any time of the year! Oh and don't forget the Irish soda bread-with extra raisins :)
